After several years of turmoil in the British meat industry, this year’s conference will set its sights firmly on the future. We’ll take a look at how technology that’s being developed now will transform our businesses.
We’ll look at innovations in automation, robotics and digitisation that are not currently commercially available, but will help meat processors meet new environmental, regulatory and productivity challenges.
We’ll also take an impartial look at the part cultured meat will play in shaping the future of meat consumption. We'll look at how the technology is developing, the regulatory framework that could either drive or hamper its progress, and how this novel industry might disrupt or complement the meat industry in the UK.
If you want an insight into what's coming down the road, you’ll not want to miss British Meat 2.0.
We look forward to seeing you there.
