With its large food and farming industry, Australia is often the source of innovative ideas that can inspire us here in the UK. This article from Meat & Livestock Australia on how to build the industry’s future workforce caught our eye this week. MLA is actively equipping teachers with modern, curriculum-linked resources that bring food production, sustainability, technology and career pathways directly into the classroom.

The Australians are telling a confident story about red meat production, and equipping teachers with the ability to connect students with real-world careers, innovation and the wider food system from “paddock to plate”.
