The bi-annual Beef Expo is the UK’s largest technical beef event, and this year it’s to be held at Melton Mowbray Market on Saturday 30 May under the banner “Beefing Up Food Security”.
This year the aim is to raise political awareness of what the National Beef Association sees as “the potentially disastrous threats to the country’s beef supply chain” and to test the Government’s commitment to food security. BMPA’s John Powell will join other panellists from across government, the supply chain and industry to add his perspective to the debate.
