Last night saw BMPA win Best Trade Association for the third time at the Meat Management industry awards in Birmingham. BMPA has been on a mission over the last few years to build an association that can deliver a wider membership offering and support companies as they navigate the legislative, political, technical and sustainability challenges they face.
Commenting on the achievement John Powell said: “This award recognises the hard work that the whole team has put in, but it also reflects the value to members of the collaborative work that goes on behind the scenes in the technical committees and other fora across the whole meat supply chain that BMPA participates in. It’s this breadth of input and influence that has made BMPA the peak representative body for the meat processing industry.”
